Peach Pit Jelly

Who knew!!  
Not me, that's for sure.  Sadly I have wasted many a peach pit and skin over the past few years.

This was my first attempt at Peach Pit Jelly.  It was also my first attempt at canning Tra Zee peaches.  The liquid turned pale pink.  Not sure if I like the flavor of this peach.  I usually like to can in fruit juice but I felt these needed a little help in the flavor department and used a medium syrup.
