Sweat Shop Views

I felt very blessed yesterday. I was listening to a great audio book and quilting away when I glanced up and saw this view. Not bad for a sweat shop lol. I love this time of year! The scent of rain and intense colors. Only Fall can compare.

Thank goodness for a supportive husband who believed in me and encouraged me to quit my job and start my own business.

  2. Thanks Terri, it has it's moments during certain times of the year lol (we're not the best gardeners) I don't know why but it just hit me how lucky I was to work at home that day. I love being able to rock out or listen to a good book at work!

  4. lol just remember it only looks like this a few days a year. Then the flowers die and it's back to mossy grass and trees lol. That's so strange that you have never been to my house. I tell my guests to pretend they are camping and then it seems quite luxurious. I'm hoping your dad will build me a dream house in heaven when we all die lol. I better start being good so I get there.

  5. love it. i zero'd in on the table your sewing machine rests in. what are the deets on it? brand? style? do you like it? does your machine sit in it all the time? any fatigue on the table? is it portable? i'm "this" close to ordering one and don't want to make a mistake!

  6. Kay, that's my industrial Juki which sits in it's own table. The on off buttons are on the table so I guess they're considered one unit. The table is very heavy and so sturdy I love it. My Bernina sits on a table from Costco and I hate it. It shakes so bad I have to sew at half speed. If you find something better in your searching please share!

  8. The table is extremely heavy and takes two large men to lift it (I say large because two smaller men couldn't lift it once, poor guys what an ego crusher lol) It has FEIT on it, no other info.
